How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@weblynx.online and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

What to include

Please include your order number (from your Paddle receipt), the email used at checkout, and — optionally — the reason for the refund so we can improve the product.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing can take a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
